QSR General Manager:

  • Two or more consecutive years of restaurant management experience with tenure; Must have upward mobility within your resume
  • Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities
  • High Volume of at least 3 Million a year in sales
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • The ability to hire, develop and motivate hourly associates
  • Provide quality food and exceptional service while entertaining the guest
  • Demonstrate the ability to create and communicate a vision
  • Hold yourself accountable to personal standards of conduct and professionalism and show respect for individuals (customers, vendors, and employees)
  • Be flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes
  • Must be able to work days, nights, and or weekends as required
  • Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Move about facility and stand for long period of time; Lift and carry up to 30lbs.
  • Optimize financial results (drive sales and control costs)
